We’ll pick you up according to the decided point in Islamabad a “Welcome to Pakistan” meeting. If you are travelling from Lahore or Karachi for Hunza Nagar Valley tour, then you can also stay in a guest house in Islamabad. In case we are already in Gilgit we’ll straight away leave for the Nagar Valley.
Enjoy the stay and lush green Naran & Kaghan Vally. You can roam around and do the shopping at the Naran Bazar. Moreover, if you want to hike and enjoy the best view of the valley, it is also possible.
However, it is open only in summer, so if your tour is in summer (April-Oct) then we’ll use the Naran route if we’re traveling via car. Otherwise, we’ll be using the Besham route with KKH (Karakoram Highway).
The next day we will leave for Gilgit. We will also visit Babusar Top on our way down there. Babusar Top is a marvelous tourist attraction point, with 4,170m height above sea level. However, Babusar opens from June to October. If the tour is in winter then we will use an alternate route to arrive in Gilgit.
By this time it would be night, so we’ll be having dinner and stay at one of our hotels at Rakaposhi, Nagar, Gilgit.
There are many hotels in Gilgit available for you, however, we can have a stay at the following hotels in Hunza valley for the rest of your tour:
Nagar Valley in Autumn season:
The next Day, we’ll be leaving for the Rakaposhi base camp. The place is tremendous, however, it requires 1 hour of hiking in case you want to enjoy it rather than going up via 4×4 Jeep.
Moreover, we can have camping with BBQ and bonfire there. Also, if you’re into Cricket, then there is a beautiful pitch with quite nice view of Rakaposhi.
Next morning we will be leaving for the Hoper Glacier located in the Nagar Valley. It will take around 2 hours via car from the guest house. The beautiful valley has an amazing Spantik peak and view of the hoper glacier.
The next day we will be leaving for an overnight stay in our Naran valley hotel.
The next day after breakfast, we will continue the drive to Islamabad.
