Rush Lake is a high-altitude (15,400 ft) lake located in the Nagar Valley, Gilgit-Baltistan, Pakistan. It is one of the highest alpine lakes in the world. Located about 15 km north of Spantik also known as Golden Peak, which is in the Nagar Valley. It is the highest lake in Pakistan and the 27th-highest lake in the world.
Rush Lake trekking is the adventure of a lifetime. Its altitude is 4,393 meters (15,400 feet) and is world’s one of the top and Pakistan’s highest alpine lakes. It requires 5 to 6 days of trekking, so make sure you’re prepared!
Rush Lake is also confused to be located in Hunza Valley, but geographically it is located in Nagar Valley. However, it gives the view of Hunza valley from above.

Islamabad
Rush Lake is an easy adventure for beginners in the Karakoram Range. As Rush Lake is one of the world’s highest alpine lakes and Pakistan’s highest lake at an altitude of over 4,700 meters.
You will experience the gigantic views of the peaks of Nagar and Hunza Valley during this adventure. Moreover while trekking towards Rush lake you will come across many glaciers, high meadows, and terraced fields of beautiful Nagar valley.
We’ll pick you up according to the decided point in Islamabad. Then, we will leave for Naran and Kaghan valleys for an overnight stay. Additionally, we will also be taking short stays from time to time at good spots to capture nature.
We will be arriving at Naran in the evening, so we will be taking an overnight stay at one of our hotels in Naran. We will be roaming around in the Naran Bazar, where you can buy handicrafts, traditional dresses, hats and other goods that will make this trip memorable for you.
In the morning you will be able to sight the lush green mountains of Naran & Kaghan Vally. You can roam around and do the shopping at the Naran Bazar. Moreover, if you want to hike and enjoy the best view of the valley, its also possible.
Then we will be leaving for Rakaposhi, Gilgit. Also, we will make a short stay at Lulusar Lake and the Babusar pass. We will be arriving at our hotel in Rakaposhi by the evening, where we will be staying for overnight.
Next morning, after breakfast we will be leaving for the Hoper Valley. It will take around an hour and a half to get there, then we will be trekking to Bericho-kor. Where we will be staying there for overnight.
Next day, after breakfast. we will continue trekking from Bericho-Kor to Chidin Harai. We will also be having an overnight stay at Chidin Harai.
Next day. after breakfast. we will continue the trekking to Rush lake. We will be staying overnight and roam around the rush lake as well.
Next morning, we will roam around in Rush lake after breakfast. Then we will leave for trekking to Phahi Phari.
After breakfast in Phahi Phari, we will leave for Hamdar, which requires trekking as well.
Next morning, after breakfast. we will continue trekking for Hopper Valley. Then we will get back to our hotel for rest, and road around Hunza valley.
Next morning, we will be returning to Naran for an overnight stay. You can also roam around in the Naran Bazar for shopping or you can visit the Kunhar river site.
The next day, we will leave for the capital city Islamabad after breakfast.
