How to Plan Your Journey

To plan your trip effectively, we encourage you to explore our website to discover the unique travel opportunities Pakistan offers. Once you have an idea of your preferred tour or need general guidance, please reach out to us over call or at contact@rozefstourism.com. Our travel specialists will assist you with your queries and provide detailed information, including itineraries, accommodation options, and pricing. Your booking process begins when we receive your deposit and completed booking form.

Tailor-Made Travel

We offer fully customizable trips, safaris, and expeditions, allowing you complete freedom in your travel choices. Our sample itineraries are designed to inspire you, and we are happy to tailor them to your preferences. Pricing varies based on accommodation type and travel season, so contact us to discuss your specific requirements.

Booking Confirmation

Bookings can be made through call, email or by completing our online booking form, along with a 40% deposit. The remaining balance will due upon your arrival.

Transportation Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation requests will be considered at least 1 day prior to the scheduled booking date.
  • In case of same-day cancellation, 50% of the total amount will be deducted.
  • If a guest requests a change or cancellation within 1st day of the booking, only one day’s cancellation charges will apply.

Tour Costs

Our tour costs are based on the itineraries provided and the total number of nights in accommodations. Rates are variable and quoted per person, based on double occupancy. Single rooms and tents can be provided for an additional fee.

Hotel Accommodation

We work with a variety of hotels and lodges across Pakistan to cater to your needs. From budget-friendly options to luxury stays, we ensure that all accommodations meet our quality standards. Please inform us of your preferences, and we will do our best to find the perfect lodging for your trip.

Rent a Car Service

For your convenience, we offer car rental services that can be booked along with your tour. Whether you need a compact car for a city tour or a larger vehicle for group travel, we have various options available. Our rental process is straightforward, and we ensure that all vehicles are well-maintained and equipped for your journey.

Optional Tours and Extensions

If you’re interested in extending your tour or adding optional experiences, please feel free to contact us for a customized itinerary.

Group Travel

For those traveling with friends or family, we can assist with group bookings. For larger groups, we may offer a complimentary spot for the organizer. Reach out to us for more details.

Insurance

We highly recommend purchasing adequate travel insurance to cover trip cancellations, medical emergencies, baggage loss, and other unforeseen incidents.

Changes in Itinerary

While we strive to provide accurate itineraries, unforeseen circumstances may require changes. We reserve the right to modify itineraries, transportation, and accommodations as necessary. We will always endeavor to substitute with similar category establishments when possible.

Delays and Cancellations

In the event of trip delays due to weather, cancellations, sickness, or other uncontrollable factors, any additional costs incurred will be your responsibility.

Transportation

We provide air-conditioned vehicles equipped with modern facilities for all trips. Our drivers are experienced and trained to ensure your safety. Please note that open-top Willy Jeeps are commonly used for certain routes; they do not have seat belts or roll bars.

Personal Expenses

Our tour prices cover all costs from Islamabad until your return. However, you should budget for personal expenses such as souvenirs, snacks, and gratuities.

Responsibilities

Rozefs Tourism acts solely as an agent for the service providers in your itinerary. We do not accept responsibility for injuries, damages, losses, or delays resulting from acts of third parties.

Complaints Procedure

If you have any complaints during your holiday, please provide details in writing, along with supporting evidence, within 15 days of returning from your trip. We will not accept liability for complaints received after this period.
